Dr. Stavrou earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, graduating with distinction in research. She broadened her scope in advanced general dentistry and surgery through a General Practice Residency at the West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Healthcare Center, where she served as chief resident. She then completed her specialty training in prosthodontics at the West LA VA Hospital–UCLA, followed by advanced fellowship training in maxillofacial prosthetics at UCLA.

Dr. Stavrou provides complete prosthetic care — the repair and replacement of broken down or missing teeth. This includes fixed restorations such as crowns, bridges, and veneers; removable options such as full and partial dentures; and implant-supported teeth, from a single missing tooth to a full arch. She is especially committed to the everyday restorative care that helps patients eat, speak, and smile with confidence.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Stavrou serves as a lecturer and clinical instructor at the UCLA School of Dentistry and as a dental professor at Saban Community Clinic, where teaching, mentorship, and community care are central to her work. In 2026, she was recognized by Incisal Edge's "Top 40 Under 40" as one of America's Top Young Dentists.

Outside the operatory, Dr. Stavrou is happiest outdoors — skiing in winter, and hiking, camping, and running, with an appreciation for the natural beauty of the West Coast. Whether a patient comes to her for a single crown or a full-mouth restoration, Dr. Stavrou brings the same care to every case: thorough planning, clear explanation of the options, and a result meant to function well and last. She considers it a privilege to be part of her patients' care.
